The AAGILE (African American Glucose and InsuLin Genetic Epidemiology) Consortium is a collaborative effort to combine GWAS data from individuals of African ancestry to examine glycemic traits.
The consortium is led by James Meigs at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School (jmeigs@partners.org) and Ching-Ti Liu at the Boston University School of Public Health (ctliu@bu.edu).
