Filename: Trait_AAGILE_DISCOVERY.csv.gz – These files contain the meta-analysis results (using metal) of the indicated trait (FG= Fasting Glucose; FIB= BMI-adjusted Fasting Insulin) using GWAS results of each cohort from AAGILE (sample of African ancestry).
